This was such a wonderful trip! The ball was an absolute blast, everyone looked spectacular, and the accommodations (including transport out to Versailles from Paris) were perfect.

Such a once in a lifetime (but hopefully happens again!) experience with absolutely stellar women at Versailles. The whole experience felt not just like something we did, but something shared. Hotels were great, especially in Versailles, the GLT guidance was so thoughtful and the outings (food tour, etc) were top notch. Really great experience.

Had such an amazing time in Albania, truly a trip to remember. I knew very little about Albania before I took this trip and I came home with such an appreciation and love for this beautiful country. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the country's stunning scenery, fascinating history, and warm hospitality. Each destination offered something unique. Berat, the "City of a Thousand Windows," was simply breathtaking, with its beautiful Ottoman architecture and hilltop castle overlooking the river. Saranda provided the perfect mix of crystal-clear waters, relaxed coastal charm, and spectacular sunsets. One of the highlights of the trip was taking the ferry across to Greece for the day. It was such a fun experience to visit another country so easily before returning to Albania's beautiful coastline. We also loved spending time in Tirana. The vibrant capital is full of colorful streets, lively cafés, fascinating museums, and an energy that perfectly reflects Albania's exciting future while honoring its past. A huge part of what made this trip so special was our incredible guide, Kledi. His passion for Albania was evident every single day. He didn't just share facts—he shared stories, traditions, history, and personal experiences that brought every place to life. His genuine love for his country made me appreciate Albania in a way I never could have on my own. Our fantastic bus driver, Diu, deserves just as much praise. He kept us laughing throughout the journey with his great sense of humor, navigated every road with skill, and somehow also became our unofficial personal photographer, always happy to capture group photos and special moments. His kindness and positive attitude added so much to the experience. Albania is a destination that combines rich history, stunning landscapes, delicious food, welcoming people, and incredible value. I came home with wonderful memories, beautiful photos, and a genuine appreciation for this amazing country. Thank you, Haley, Kledi, Diu, and all of the girls for making an unforgettable trip even more special.

I really had no idea what I was in store for when I booked this trip. Egypt is on most of our “bucket lists,” so expectations were high. Before leaving, GLT makes everything seamless. Booking is easy, communication lines are open and responses are prompt. I also found the Facebook Group to be particularly helpful with the expertise of people who have either traveled to Egypt or have gone on GLT trips. The itinerary is thoughtfully curated to allow time for rest if you want (you won’t want, trust me!) or you can choose to go on other excursions. As soon as you land you’re met by an agent who guides you through customs and gets you in transportation to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel it was close to 2a. Enter Yasser, our guide. He welcomed us with his warm smile even though it was early morning. We were impressed. I remember getting the feeling we were in good hands, but that was only the beginning. From day one you could tell Yasser was full of knowledge. He answered every question with love and passion. We were mesmerized by the stories he told us and we quickly became family. Everywhere we went Yasser knew someone. After a quick hello and a hug, Yasser’s friends would be on their way, but not before yelling things like, “you have the best guide” and “that’s my teacher. You’re very lucky!” As I write this, I can’t help but to smile. Yasser made this trip memorable. I felt extremely safe and loved the opportunity to meet new people and socialize. If you’re on the fence and thinking about going on this trip, don’t think! You’ll leave in awe of this magical country and you’ll leave with a new extended family member with the name of Yasser. You won’t be sorry.
