Let's spend the weekend forgetting our worries and just enjoying ourselves in the beautiful mountains- with a side of the Ullr festival happening during our time in Breckenridge.

Girls LOVE Travel is not responsible for your health or personal property on this trip.  

Not all rooms will be the same size, and some beds will be shared to accommodate more members and to keep the costs down.

Priority for Room / Bed selection will go in order of payments received.  So please pay as soon as possible.  

Please note that this trip cost covers the price for accommodation and a meet and greet party the first night.  

All other expenses - transportation to/from facility, adventures / excursions, food and drinks - are not included with this cost. 

Girls LOVE Travel is helping to coordinate this trip but is not responsible if a member gets hurt or injured at the location or during this getaway.  Travel insurance is highly encouraged especially if you are going to do an activity. 

Since this trip involves close quarters, room sharing and shared common areas, a negative covid test taken within 72 hours before the event is required for all attendees, even if vaccinated. 

With the uptick of the Delta variant, we want to ensure we are as safe as possible.

By signing up for this trip, you understand that Girls LOVE Travel will not be responsible for any issues that may arise from covid.

No refunds will be given if you test positive and are unable to join us on the trip. 

Here is a break down of the rooms and bed types that are available to accommodate 19 persons.  

Main Level Suite: 2 people (queen bed shared) 

Upper Level Suite: 2 people (queen bed shared)
Turret Room: 4 people (queen bed shared and 2 single beds) 

Bunk Room: 6 people (queen bed shared, bunk bed, 2 single beds)

Air Mattresses: 5 people (bring their own)

We understand things happen. That is why we have set up a cancellation policy to be as flexible as possible! Please note that the deposit of $250 to hold your spot is nonrefundable at the time of payment. 

* We are offering a unique option for those who can no longer attend- if you know someone who would like your spot, name changes are able to be done up to 7 days before the trip. Please note, this will not be done by GLT, and will have to be handled between you and the member who is taking your spot. GLT is not responsible for any situations that arise during the transfer of a spot from one member to another.

If you need to cancel, and do not know someone in the group who can take your spot, here are the dates to keep in mind for the cancellation policy: 

* Now until 31 days from the trip date (November 9)- any amount paid after the nonrefundable $250 deposit will be refunded. 

* 30 days or less before the trip date (On or after November 10)- full amount is due, and no refunds will be possible. 

Friday Dec 10
Arrive in Breckenridge
-- the house is not available for check in before 3pm

The rental is about 4 blocks from Main Street, close to a grocery store and only 1 block from the shuttle.  We are attending during the Ullr Festival so there should be some fun activities at the restaurants, bars and around town.  

Some attendees might be willing and able to carpool together up from Denver to Breckenridge.  Otherwise there are shuttles for about $70 each way that takes you into town. 

Evening pizza party and meet and greet to get the weekend started!

Saturday Dec 11

This day is completely up to you! 

Whether you want to go snowmobiling, hit the slopes, or walk around Breckenridge and enjoy the Ullr festival downtown, the day is yours for the taking!

For snowmobiling, you can choose this as an add-on for Saturday when you sign up! Please note- there needs to be a minimum of two people to sign up for the experience for it to take place.

Sunday Dec 12

What better way to start off your Sunday than at an optional brunch at a trendy spot in downtown Breckenridge- only a 5 minute walk from our rental! Please note that the cost of brunch is not covered in the package price.

After brunch, explore downtown Breckenridge or hang out back at the house!

An optional farewell dinner will be planned to toast to a fun weekend together! Please note that the cost of dinner is not covered in the package price.

Monday Dec 13

After a weekend full of memories and #gltlove, its time to go back home. Check out from the house rental is 12pm, so we will have a few hours before heading back!
