Without knowing the increased costs for the Masked Ball and the costs for lodging we are unable to fully predict the cost increase for 2027.

The 2026 trip was 5days / 4 nights and costs were $3499 for a shared room and $4499 for a solo room.

After reviewing this trip and grabbing feedback -- we are looking to make 2027 trip 6days / 5nights.

Cancellation and Refunds

$500 deposit is being requested to hold your spot for this adventure. When the trip is officially announced you will have 1 week to review and decide if you can attend.

If you can no longer attend for any reason -- you can have $200 of the $500 deposit fully refunded within 1 week of the launch and GLT will retain $300 for their time and service. Or you can choose to move $300 of the $500 deposit to another Girls LOVE Travel 2027 trip within 1 week of the official launch and GLT will retain $200 for their time and service.

If after 1 week from the launch date we have not heard any response from a Waitlist guest on if they will be moving forward or removing themselves from the trip -- Girls LOVE Travel retains the ability to CANCEL their waitlist spot. $200 will be refunded to the guest and $300 of the deposit will be retained by GLT so that spot is open for sale to another Girls LOVE Travel member.

• Style: The costume must be a "quality baroque" outfit, inspired by the style of the 17th and 18th centuries.

• Mask: A mask is mandatory and must be worn upon arrival and throughout the entire ball. It should be an eye mask or one that conceals the face, not a surgical one.

• Enforcement: Admission will be denied to anyone who is not wearing the proper costume and mask.

• Effort: Significant effort is expected in your costume to avoid feeling underdressed and to enhance the overall experience. 
  
  

Note - Girls LOVE Travel tour price does not include a costume or costume rental. However we will help connect you with trusted rental agencies and help you get to a fitting and pick up your rental once in Paris.

Arrive in the City of Lights, where you will be picked up from Paris CDG airport and escorted to your hotel. Settle in, freshen up, and then join the group for a Meet & Greet drink to go over the upcoming itinerary, meet the others on this adventure and toast the start of this glamorous getaway!

This is the night you’ve been dreaming of—gold, glamour, music, mystery, and unforgettable moments inside France’s most legendary palace.

• Getting ready WILL take LONGER than you expect -- so plan accordingly!

After dancing under the stars until sunrise, this day is intentionally left open for rest, rejuvenation, and wandering at your own pace. We’re staying in the same hotel tonight, so there’s no rush, no schedule, no alarms — just the soft glow of Versailles after an unforgettable night.

Sleep in. Sip coffee in a garden café. Journal about the magic you just lived. Or stroll through the palace grounds and hidden corners you didn’t get to see the night before — Versailles in daylight is a masterpiece all its own.

In the evening, we’ll reunite for a warm and celebratory Farewell Dinner, sharing stories, laughter, and reflections from the most enchanting night of our lives.

This day is all about connection, recovery, and savoring the beauty around you.

Wake up slowly and savor your final morning in Versailles with an included breakfast. After a weekend of glamour, dancing, and unforgettable memories, today is all about ease.

From here we will say our goodbyes. You can head straight to the airport*… or indulge in an optional extra night in Paris to wander, dine, or simply bask in the glow of the trip a little longer. Imagine one last sunset at the Seine, a quiet stroll through Montmartre, or a celebratory brunch with new friends before heading home.

With everyone going in different directions, we will not be including departure transportation -- but we can help coordinate groups together and book transfers to the airport or Paris hotels for you as needed.

This final day is a soft landing — a moment to reflect, hug hard, and carry the magic with you long after Paris fades from view.
