Cancellation and Refunds
In the event that you need to cancel your trip, these fees will be applied:
• Between Now-61 days before your arrival date, GLT retains only nonrefundable deposit
• Between 60 and 46 days before your arrival date, GLT retains 50% of the entire tour price
• Between 45 and 31 days before your arrival date, GLT retains 75% of the entire tour price
• Between 30 days and duration of trip, GLT retains 100% of the entire tour price

Once the trip reaches the minimum number of travelers, we will go ahead and purchase the group flight from Rio to Buenos Aires. If you choose to cancel after that point, your non-refundable deposit will be retained, along with any additional costs already incurred for transportation or tickets that are non-refundable to us from the vendor.
Arrival: We’ll kick off our adventure in Rio de Janeiro. Please plan your flights to arrive at Galeão-Antonio Carlos Jobim International Airport (GIG). We recommend arriving by 5pm on Day 1 to allow yourself time to settle in.
Departure: Our journey concludes in Buenos Aires. When booking your departure, please note that Buenos Aires has two airports: Ministro Pistarini International Airport (EZE), the primary international airport, and Aeroparque Jorge Newbery (AEP), which mainly handles domestic and regional flights. We will be providing transfers ONLY to Ezeiza International Airport (EZE). If you're flying out of AEP, we can help make arrangements for you for an additional fee.
Please note that airport transports are only available on Day 1 and Day 7. If you're arriving earlier or departing later, we can help make arrangements for you for an additional fee.

Upon arrival in Rio de Janeiro, you’ll be greeted by our friendly local driver who will transfer you to your hotel.

Whether you choose to relax with ocean views or take a stroll nearby, your first night sets the tone for the unforgettable adventure ahead in this iconic seaside city.

After breakfast, we begin the day visiting one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue. The journey starts through the lush Tijuca National Park, where you will board the historic Corcovado Train for a scenic ride up to the summit of Corcovado Mountain.
At the top, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Rio de Janeiro, including Guanabara Bay, Sugarloaf Mountain, and the city's famous beaches.
The tour continues to the colorful Selarón Steps, a vibrant landmark composed of more than 215 mosaic-tiled steps, created by Chilean artist Jorge Selarón using tiles from countries all around the world.
Afterward, the experience continues with a visit to a traditional local Sunday market, a lively farmers and craft market where locals gather to shop and socialize. Our guide will introduce some of the typical elements of this cultural tradition before allowing you get free time to explore the market. This vibrant market visit offers an authentic glimpse into Rio’s everyday life and cultural traditions.

Depart from the hotel in the morning for a unique cultural immersion into the world of Rio’s Carnival. The experience begins with a private guided visit to a traditional samba school workshop, where guests will discover the behind-the-scenes preparations for the world-famous Carnival parade. As the visit takes place during the months leading up to Carnival, it offers a special opportunity to witness part of the creative process that brings this iconic celebration to life.
Led by a specialized Carnival guide, the group will explore the workshop, learn about the traditions of samba and Carnival, and enjoy an immersive cultural experience including a samba dance lesson and a percussion workshop using traditional instruments. A welcome caipirinha is also included as part of the experience.
The tour continues to Sugarloaf Mountain, one of Rio de Janeiro’s most iconic landmarks. Guests will take the famous cable car to the summit and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Guanabara Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and
the surrounding mountains.
At Sugar Loaf Mountain, guests may also have the opportunity to experience an optional helicopter flight, offering spectacular aerial views of Rio de Janeiro and Christ the Redeemer.

Today we say goodbye to Rio de Janeiro and fly to the vibrant city of Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, we’ll transfer to the hotel for check-in and enjoy a free afternoon to relax, recharge, or take a casual stroll through the neighborhood.
In the evening, get ready to experience the passion and elegance of Argentina’s most iconic dance. We’ll begin with a fun and engaging tango class, perfect for all levels, followed by a delicious dinner and an unforgettable live tango show. It’s the perfect introduction to the rhythm, culture, and romance of Buenos Aires.

Today we dive into the rich history and vibrant culture of Buenos Aires with a full-day guided exploration of its most iconic neighborhoods.
We’ll begin in the charming district of San Telmo, known for its cobblestone streets and historic character, before heading to Plaza de Mayo—the political heart of the city. Here, you’ll see the famous Casa Rosada, often called the “Pink House,” and its legendary balcony associated with Eva Perón, as well as the historic Buenos Aires Metropolitan Cathedral, once home to Pope Francis.
Next, we’ll explore the colorful and lively neighborhood of La Boca, the birthplace of tango and a hub of Argentine football culture. Stroll past its vibrant houses, browse local souvenir shops, and soak in the energy of this historic port area where many immigrants first arrived.
We’ll then pass through the modern waterfront district of Puerto Madero, home to the striking Puente de la Mujer, before continuing to the elegant Recoleta. Often compared to Paris, this area is known for its refined architecture and the stunning Recoleta Cemetery, where Eva Perón is laid to rest.
You'll have a free evening after a full day exploration of Buenos Aires.

Today offers a refreshing change of pace as we head north of Buenos Aires to explore the peaceful waterways of the Tigre Delta. This relaxing day includes a scenic navigation through the delta, where you’ll glide past charming stilt houses, lush greenery, and local island life—offering a unique glimpse into a quieter side of Argentina.
We’ll also visit the lively local market in Tigre, where you can browse artisan goods, souvenirs, and regional specialties.
After returning to the city, enjoy a free afternoon to relax, explore at your own pace, or revisit your favorite spots. In the evening, we’ll come together one last time for a special farewell dinner—celebrating an unforgettable journey filled with culture, connection, and incredible memories.
